Indian Red - Werewolf Keychain

Description

A little hand-carved werewolf head keychain. I wanted something earthy yet unearthly (paradox! :la:) and Indian Red became the name!

Originally snow white and silver this werewolf has marked himself with the colors of the red earth. Just before a great hunt he does this to help mask his scent a little and to commemorate his father's pack.

This keychain HAS BEEN SOLD! THANK YOU!

I am taking commissions like this for $13. $8 of all keychain commissions will be donated to the Red Cross for disaster relief in Japan! Get your OC, Fursona, or just custom woofer keychain. These are big enough for a great keychain yet small enough for a lovely pendant

Made from sturdy 8 oz. veg tanned leather. Hand-cut, carved, and painted. Finished with matte finish acrylic spray. Connected to keyring with three jump rings for extra durability.

I guess considering that I bought this about a year ago, I should have left a comment by now. :( Oh well. This also might be the first time that I get to look at a deviation in person while writing a comment. It is kind of a strange feeling to tell you the truth.

I absolutely love my keychain. The photo does an amazing job at showing the colors. You definitely succeeded in your paradoxical goal. The colors maintain an earthiness despite the vividness of the red against the white.

The craftsmanship is fantastic. I love how the lines in the leather help create a fur texture. I can definitely see that you put some hard work into it. It is also incredibly rugged and has made it through more than its fair share of abuse.

Amazing work! :la: I can’t help but smile whenever I take it out of my pocket. :D
