Caribbean Blue

This is my first COMPLETE portrait on a photoediting program. This is a speedpaint (very speedy) of Enya done on GIMP 2 in about 3 hours. I kept the hair and background simple because this portrait was for skin tone practice more than texturing.

Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the outcome of this as it is normally a STRUGGLE to get skin tones right. I did this piece RARELY eyedropping the colors from the original picture so that I could learn how to estimate colors on my own better.

I love Enya. She's one of my favorite artists
