To the Wolven World I once thought I knew what bad days were. They were when I woke up too late and was tardy to work because my alarm clock's batteries died. Bad days were when Starbucks completely botched my macchiato and then refused to redo it. Terrible days ended with blue lights flashing behind me on the way home from my job.

I'd like to remake that claim.

My worst day was two days ago on the side of a highway at 9 p.m. I had hit some sharp debris in the road and my car earned two blown tires. When I finally stopped skidding and grinding out of control I stepped out to survey the damage.

This mask was a custom order for an Etsy client and was one of my favorite masks to work on! My first snowy owl mask and boy was it exciting!

This leather mask features a genuine and generous sized rainbow moonstone drop with tons of glistening Swarovski crystals and shimmering glitter for a frosty look. Since snowy owl colors are rather drab, I added body and depth with hues of blue and overcoats of glistening interference paint.

I adore this mask so much and it reminds me of the king and queen owls of Ga'Hoole <3
